Michael Mandel is an employment attorney with over two decades of experience. He mediates employment-law matters of all shapes and sizes, including claims under both state and federal law. This includes claims for wrongful termination and harassment, as well as all varieties of wage and hour matters, including class, collective, and PAGA actions. While Mike is based in Los Angeles, he will conduct mediations for matters arising anywhere in the United States. 

Mike is also on the American Arbitration Association National Roster of Arbitrators and is available to serve as an arbitrator for employment law and consumer disputes.
